What began as a disappointment turned out to be an exceptional experience. The arrangement that I ordered did not look as pictured. When I phoned to discuss it, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The customer service was amazing! A new arrangement was sent...and it was beautiful!!! These people are always very helpful to me. I place orders from time to time from overseas and they go out of their way to make me happy. They're the best.
